The Team is a slightly stiffer inner boot with also a heat moldable Insulation liner. Additionally a improved harness and a more supportive sole.
Performance liner is again a bit stiffer and better moldable than the Team inner boot. This boot also comes with a heat moldable Insulation inner boot, improved sole and an even nicer harness that secures you in your outer boot.
